Calligraphy Service -  For a truly exclusive finish to your wedding stationery, our professional calligraphers will beautifully write your guests names in your theme colours on your invitations, place cards, escort cards and envelopes. We can also write your menus or a personal thank you note to your parents or bridesmaid as a treasured keepsake of your day.

For a free sample of one of our bookmark place cards with your name written in beautiful italic calligraphy, please send your name and address to janet@urbis-scriptores.co.uk. Alternatively, send one of your invitations for us to add a sample name. Either way, you will be able to see the standard of our calligraphy and imagine the delight your guests will have to see their name written so beautifully

Please contact us for a no-obligation quote and to confirm availability. Please let us know if your stationery is made of unusual or handmade paper.

If you would like to go ahead with your order a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your deposit is received we will send you a delivery date and a client information form via email.

Please Email your lists (guest names/ addresses) to janet@urbis-scriptores.co.uk in a Word or Excel file. (Please check your spelling and formatting as lists will be written exactly as provided).

Please send us your stationery if you have bought it from another stationery supplier and let us know when you're posting it so we know to look out for it. Please also supply 10-15% spares just in case of any mistakes.

Your order will be sent to you on receipt of the full balance so please ensure that the final payment reaches us before the delivery due date to avoid delay.

You can pay by direct bank transfer or cheque, whichever is easiest for you. (Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).

Occasionally we may be able to complete orders at short notice. In this instance full payment will be required on confirmation of your order and a rushed order fee may be charged.

There is a minimum order charge of £25
